Hello, I'm Rebecca. I founded Break Through The Boardroom because too many great schools are held back by poor relationships between leaders and their boards.

Most headteachers get no training in how to work with their boards. And most governors lack real support after their appointment. This gap creates endless friction that drags down school performance and burns out great people. None of that should be happening.

Using practical strategies drawn from over 20 years experience in education, coaching and facilitation, Break Through The Boardroom helps you fix your relationship with your board when it's broken.

Everything I do focuses exclusively on the space between headteachers and their boards. Why? Because if there is one thing I know it is this: when that relationship works, everything else falls into place.
